摘要:
分析传统医学防病的理论精髓和社会实践，《黄帝内经》《本草纲目》的治未病原则、养生保健理念以及甘肃省得天独厚的中医药资源；阐述现代健康教育的作用，指出围绕生活方式转变的疾病防治活动是提高居民健康素质的重要措施，而且在新医改政策背景下，甘肃省将中医治未病与健康教育有机结合是欠发达地区实施新医改的亮点和特色，且与新形势下的医学模式转变完全吻合。
Abstract:
We analyzed theoretical essence and social practice of traditional medicine preventing disease, the principles of preventive treatment in HuangDiNeiJing and BenCaoGangMu, the concept of life nurturing, TCM resources of Gansu province; we also illustrated the function of modern health education and pointed out that the activity of disease prevention around the changes of life style was the important measure of improving the quality of people's health, under the background of new medical reform, combination of TCM preventive disease and health education were the highlights and features of implementing new medical reform in the underdeveloped area, which fitted to the transformation of medical modes under the new situation.
