摘要:
目的：探讨产后抑郁与认知功能损害的相关性。方法：对2008年10月至2012年2月住院的450例产妇进行产后抑郁、一般情况与认知功能调查。结果：产妇发生产后抑郁者100例，发生率为22.2%；教育程度、意外妊娠、妊娠合并疾病、初产妇与分娩方式为影响产后抑郁的主要危险因素(P＜0.05)；抑郁组完成分类数、正确应答数低于对照组(P＜0.05)，抑郁组完成总应答数、总错误数、完成一个分类卡片数高于对照组(P＜0.05)；抑郁状况与完成分类数和正确应答数呈负相关，与完成总应答数和总错误数呈正相关。结论：产后抑郁症的发生是多因素影响的结果，多伴随有认知功能损害，并与认知功能损害存在相关关系。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the relativity between postpartum depression and cognitive impairment.Method: All 450 cases of delivery women admitted from October, 2008 to February, 2012 were selected and the conditions of postpartum depression, general information and cognitive function were investigated. Result: There were 100 cases suffering from postpartum depression and the incidence was 22.2%; educational background, accidental pregnancies, pregnancy complicated with other diseases, primipara and the way of labor were the major risk factors for postpartum depression (P＜0.05); the number of completed categories and correct responses of the depression group were lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05), the total number of completed responses, total wrong number and the number of completed cards of the depression group were higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05); the condition of depression was negatively related to the number of completed categories and right responses, positively related to the number of completed responses and total wrong number. Conclusion: The incidence of postpartum depression is the result of multiple factors, usually accompanied with and related to cognitive impairment.
