摘要:
目的:观察皮部放血结合穴位注射治疗因软组织损伤及骨关节病所致疼痛的临床疗效。方法：将296例患者随机分为治疗组152例、对照组144例。治疗组采用皮肤针刺络放血结合穴位注射疗法；对照组口服腰痛宁胶囊，3粒/次，3次/d，同时给予特定电磁波照射，30分钟/次，1次/d。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.71%，对照组为89.58%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。2组治疗后疼痛评分均明显改善，治疗组改善较对照组明显（P＜0.05）。结论：用皮部放血结合穴位注射治疗因软组织损伤及骨关节病所致疼痛临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of skin blood-letting and point injection for the pain that was induced by soft tissue injury and osteoarthriosis. Method: All 296 patients were randomly separated into 152 cases of the observation group and 144 cases of the control group. The patients in the observation group received blood-letting puncture with dermal needle; the control group took YaoTongNing capsule, three pills each time, three times per day, in addition, given with specific electromagnetic wave radiation, thirty minutes each time, once each day. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.71%, higher than 89.58% of the control group with significant difference(P＜0.05). VAS was improved notably after treating in both groups, the improvement of the treatment group was greater(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Skin blood-letting and point injection are effective for the pain that was induced by soft tissue injury and osteoarthrosis.
