摘要:
目的：探讨膝关节置换术的围手术期护理方法及其对预后的影响。方法：将40例行膝关节置换术的患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各20例，对照组给予膝关节置换术后传统护理，治疗组给予基于临床路径的围手术期护理。结果：膝关节评分（HSS）、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)术后14、30天2组同期组间比较，差异明显(P＜0.05)。住院天数、住院费用治疗组少于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：基于临床路径的围手术期护理措施可有效改善膝关节置换术患者膝关节功能，缓解疼痛，加快患者康复，降低医疗成本。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore perioperative care and prognosis of knee replacement. Method: Forty patients were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group. The control group received traditional nursing after the surgery and the treatment group perioperative care based on clinical pathway. Result: Comparisons between both groups demonstrated significant difference in HSS, VAS at the 14 th and 30 th day after surgery (P＜0.05). The treatment group was less than the control group in hospitalization days and the cost (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Perioperative care based on clinical pathway could effectively improve the function of knee in patients undergoing knee replacement, relieve pain and accelerate the recovery with lower medical costs.
