Title:: Treatment for 60 Senile Patients Suffering from Gastric Ulcer with Ligustrazine Injection and Omeprazole

摘要:: 目的：观察川芎嗪注射液联合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗老年胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组给予常规奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗，观察组加用川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注，2组患者均治疗4周，观察2组治疗后临床症状改善情况、溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率、复发率。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.33%，对照组为71.67%；溃疡愈合率治疗组为86.67%，对照组为60.00%；复发率治疗组为5.00%，对照组为16.67%；不良反应发生率治疗组为6.67%，对照组为8.33%；上述指标2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：川芎嗪注射液联合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗老年胃溃疡能显著改善临床症状，促进溃疡愈合，根除幽门螺杆菌，有效防止胃溃疡复发。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of ligustrazine injection and omeprazole triple therapy for senile patients suffering from gastric ulcer. Method: All 120 patients were divided to the observation group and the control group equally. The control group received omeprazole triple therapy and the observation group intravenous dripping of ligustrazine injection, both groups were treated for four weeks, the improvements of clinical symptoms, ulcer healing rate, HP eradication rate and recurrence rate of both groups were compared. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, higher than 71.67%. The ulcer healing rates of both groups were 86.67% and 60.00%. Recurrence rates of both groups were 5.00% and 16.67%. The incidences of adverse reaction of both groups were 6.67% and 8.33%. The comparisons between both groups showed significant differences(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ligustrazine injection and omeprazole triple therapy for senile patients suffering from gastric ulcer could improve clinical symptom of the patients, promote ulcer healing, eradicate HP and prevent the recurrence of gastric ulcer effectively.
