摘要:
目的：观察温针灸治疗产后功能性尿潴留的临床疗效。方法：将60例产后功能性尿潴留患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组给予肌注新斯的明，治疗组采取温针灸法针刺治疗，运用B超测定残余尿量，观察治疗后1小时内排尿情况。结果：治愈率治疗组为73.33%，对照组为46.67%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。总有效率治疗组为93.33%，对照组为80.00%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。膀胱残余尿量治疗后2组均明显减少（P＜0.05），治疗后2组组间相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用温针灸治疗产后功能性尿潴留临床疗效显著，操作简单易行，无不良反应及副作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of warm needling in treating functional urinary retention after delivery. Method: Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The control group received muscular injection of neostigmine and the treatment group warm needling, residual urine volumes (RUV) were detected with B ultrasound and the urination within one hour was observed after treating. Result: Cure rate of the treatment group was 73.33%, higher than 46.67% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). Total effective rates of both groups were 93.33% and 80.00%, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). RUV were decreased obviously after treating (P＜0.05), the difference had statistical meaning after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Warm needling in treating functional urinary retention after delivery could obtain remarkable effects, the therapy is simple and feasible without adverse reaction and side effect.
