摘要:
目的：建立测定藏药20味肉豆蔻片中羟基红花黄色素A含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法：色谱柱：Kromasil-C18柱(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm，大连依利特有限公司生产)；流动相：甲醇∶乙腈∶0.7％磷酸(V∶V∶V＝26∶2∶72)；流速：0.80 mL/min；检测波长：403 nm；柱温：室温。结果：羟基红花黄色素A在15.6～104 μg(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率99.81%, RSD为0.31%(n=6)。结论：该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好，为藏药复方中测定羟基红花黄色素A提供了可靠的方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish HPLC method for the determination of hydroxy safflor yellow A in ErShiWei RouDouKou Tablets. Method: Chromatographic column: Kromasil-C18 column(5 μm, 4.6mm×250 mm, made by Dalian Elite Analytic Instruments Co., Ltd); Mobile phase: methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid (V:V: V=26:2:72); flow rate: 0.80mL/min; detection wavelength:403 nm; column temperature: room temperature. Result: Hydroxy safflor yellow A showed a good linear relationship in the range between 15.6 and 104 μg(r=0.999 9) and peak area, average recovery rate was 99.81%, RSD was 0.31%(n=6). Conclusion: The method, convenient, rapid, accurate and reproducible, provides a reliable method for the determination of hydroxy safflor yellow A in tibetan compound.
