摘要:
对现行研究生培养制度下研究生科研创新能力的培养进行探讨，认为专业学位研究生教育不应只注重专业技能的培养和提高，科研能力、科研创新能力的培养对于提高专业学位研究生的整体素质具有重要意义。
Abstract:
The development of scientific research and innovation ability was discussed under the current regulation of postgraduate education, postgraduate education for specialized major should emphasize not only the improvement and training of specialized skills, but also the development of scientific research and innovation, which shows important meaning to improve overall quality of postgraduate in specialized major.
