摘要:
运用现代检索方法，通过计算机对《针灸甲乙经》论述腰痛的原文进行检索、统计、分析，结果发现《针灸甲乙经》治疗腰痛通常选用膀胱经腧穴和辨证选穴相结合的方法，且所选腧穴以特定穴为主。治疗采用针刺和多部位刺络放血相结合的方法，以提高疗效。
Abstract:
The papers about therapies for lumbago in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion were searched, counted and analyzed by computer, We found that therapeutic method for lumbago in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion was choosing the acupoints of bladder meridian and the combination of syndrome differentiation and acupoints, and the acupoint was specific point. Lumbago was usually treated by needling and bloodletting puncture to improve clinical effects.
