摘要:
目的：观察中药洗剂外敷配合枕颌带牵引治疗儿童寰枢椎半脱位的临床疗效。方法：将120例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组各60例，2组均给予枕颌带牵引治疗，观察组同时给予中药洗剂外敷。2组均以连续治疗10天为1个疗程，疗程间休息2天，连续治疗3个疗程。结果：痊愈率观察组为75.00%，对照组为53.33%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05）；总有效率观察组为100.00%，对照组为80.00%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05）。起效时间观察组平均(5.36±0.25）天，对照组平均(9.68±0.38）天。2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05）。结论:中药外敷配合枕颌带牵引治疗儿童寰枢椎半脱位疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey therapeutic effects of TCM lotion for external use and traction belt in treating children suffering from atlantoaxial subluxation. Method: All 120 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were treated with traction belt for three courses of treatment, the observation group received TCM lotion for external use, ten days were one course of treatment for both groups, the interval was two days. Result: Cure rates of the observation group and the control group were 75.00% and 53.33%, the difference was significant between both groups (P＜0.05); total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than 80.00% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). The average onset time of the observation group was (5.36±0.25) days, shorter than (9.68±0.38) days of the control group with notable difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbs for external use and traction belt are effective in treating children with atlantoaxial subluxation.
