摘要:
目的：观察痛风颗粒冲剂对痛风患者血尿酸、血液流变及血脂的影响及其临床疗效。方法：将85例痛风患者随机分为治疗组43例口服痛风颗粒冲剂进行治疗；对照组42例口服苯溴马隆和苏打片治疗。治疗前及治疗1个月后分别进行血尿酸、血液流变和血脂指标的检测。结果：治疗组患者治疗后血尿酸、血液流变和血脂较治疗前降低明显（P＜0.05）；对照组尿酸较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），但血液流变和血脂降低不明显（P＞0.05）。结论：痛风颗粒冲剂可降低通风患者血尿酸、血脂和血液流变学各项指标。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the influence of TongFeng granules on blood uric acid (BUA), blood rheology and blood fat of the patients suffering from gout, and its therapeutic effects. Methods: All 85 cases were randomized into 43 cases in the treatment group, oral TongFeng granules; and 42 cases in the control group, oral benzbromarone and sodium bicarbonate tablets. The indexes of BUA, blood rheology and blood fat were investigated before treating and in one month after treating. Results: BUA, blood rheology and blood fat after treating were lower obviously than those indexes before treating in the treatment group(P＜0.05); BUA after treating was decreased in the control group (P＜0.05), but blood rheology and blood fat were reduced insignificantly (P＞0.05). Conclusion: TongFeng granules could reduce BUA, blood fat, rheology and other indexes of the patients suffering from gout.
