摘要:
目的:探讨补阳还五汤对辐射损伤的防护作用及机制。方法:采用60Coγ射线对小鼠进行一次性全身照射致辐射损伤动物模型,观察外周血淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的变化。结果:于60Coγ射线照射前后,连续14天灌胃补阳还五汤水煎液,可使受辐射小鼠外周血的CD3+和CD4+水平显著上升(P<0.01),同时可升高血清及脾脏白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平。结论:补阳还五汤具有明显的抗辐射作用,其机制可能与其能增强机体免疫功能,减轻辐射对机体的损伤,调整免疫系统功能恢复,增强机体对辐射的抵御力有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the protection and the mechanism of BuYang HuanWu Tang for radiation damage. Methods: Animal model was established through 60Coγ ray total body radiation once. The changes of interleukin -2 (IL-2) and T lymphocytes in peripheral blood including CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ were observed. Results: Before and after 60Coγ ray radiation, BuYang HuanWu Tang was given by intragastric administration for 14 days, which could make the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ rise in peripheral blood of the mice significantly (P<0.01), and raise the level of IL-2 in the serum and the spleen. Conclusion: BuYang HuanWu Tang is effective in protecting the mice with radiation damage, and the mechanism might be related to enhancing immunologic function of the body, relieving the damage caused by radiation of the body, regulating functional recovery of immunologic function and improving animal resistance to the radiation.
