摘要:: 目的：观察参附注射液联合前列地尔治疗血管成形术后缺血再灌注损伤的临床疗效。方法：将84例急性下肢动脉阻塞患者随机分为观察组44例、对照组40例。2组均行尿激酶动脉置管溶栓，并成功施行血管成形术，术前及术后连续7天给予常规治疗。观察组同时加用参附注射液及前列地尔静脉滴注。观察患者介入术前、术后1天、术后3天及术后7天肌酸激酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌红蛋白(MB)水平。结果：观察组患肢肿胀疼痛较对照组轻，术后CK-MB、LDH、MB均明显升高，尤其以术后1天时升高为著，之后不同程度下降。CK-MB、LDH、MB观察组各时相均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：参附注射液联合前列地尔能够降低血管成形术后CK-MB、LDH、MB水平，减轻术后患肢肿胀程度，对于下肢缺血再灌注损伤具有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of Shenfu injection combined with alprostadil in treating ischemia reperfusion injury after angioplasty. Methods: All 84 patients suffering from acute artery occlusion of the lower extremities were randomized into 44 cases of the observation group and 40 cases of the control group. Both groups were preformed with urokinase arterial incubation thrombolysis, angioplasty successfully, given with routine treatment for seven consecutive days before and after the surgery. The observation group received intravenous dripping of Shenfu injection and alprostadil. The levels of creatine kinase (CK-MB), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and myoglobulin (MB) of the patients were observed before the surgery, at the first day after the surgery, the third and seventh day after the surgery. Results: The swelling and pain of the affected limb in the observation group were relieved compared with the control group, CK-MB, LDH and MB were increased after the surgery, especially at the first day after the surgery, these indexes were decreased in different degrees. CK-MB, LDH and MB of the observation group in different periods were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Shenfu injection and alprostadil could reduce the levels of CK-MB, LDH and MB after angioplasty, relieve the swelling degree of the affected limb after the surgery, which are effective for ischemia reperfusion injury of the lower extremities.
