摘要:
目的：基于中医传承辅助平台（V2.0）软件，分析刘云山治疗小儿咳嗽用药规律。方法：收集刘云山主任医师治疗小儿咳嗽的病案，录入“中医传承辅助平台”，采用该软件集成的规则分析、改进互信息法等数据挖掘方法，对筛选出的105个处方进行分析，确定处方中各种药物的使用频次，药物之间的关联规则。结果：频次统计在前3味的药物分别是桔梗、陈皮、川贝母；最核心的3味药物为桔梗、陈皮、川贝母，具有止咳化痰作用；常用药物有桔梗、陈皮、川贝母、桑白皮、炙紫菀、苦杏仁、白前、百部、紫苏子、前胡、白芍、甘草、生百合、荆芥穗、知母；常用药对包括桔梗、陈皮，桔梗、川贝母，陈皮、川贝母等；处方中药物的核心组合为桔梗、陈皮、川贝母、桑白皮、炙紫菀、苦杏仁、白前、百部。结论：刘云山治疗小儿外感咳嗽以宣肃并举为主，理肺涤痰贯穿始终，培土生金为防治之根本。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze chief physician Liu Yunshan′s medication rules of treating infant exogenous cough based on the software of TCM inheritance auxiliary system (V2.0). Methods: Medical cases of chief physician Liu Yunshan′s experience of treating infant exogenous cough were collected and typed into TCM inheritance auxiliary system, all 105 pieces of prescriptions were analyzed by data mining method including rule analysis, revised mutual information and others, in order to ensure drugs use frequency in the prescription and association rules. Results: The top three drugs with high frequency were JieGeng(Platycodon grandiflorus), ChenPi (Citrus reticulata Blanco), ChuanBeiMu (FritillariacirrhosaD. Don); the central drugs were JieGeng, ChenPi, ChuanBeiMu, which could stop the cough and eliminate the phlegm; the commonly used drugs were JieGeng, ChenPi, ChuanBeiMu, SangBaiPi(Morus alba L.), ZhiZiYuan(Aster tataricus L. f.), KuXingRen(Semen Armeniacae Amarum.), BaiQian (Rhizoma Cynanchi Stauntonii), BaiBu[Stemona sessilifolia(Miq.)Miq], ZiSuZi(Fructus perillae), QianHu(Radix Peucedani), BaiShao (Paeonia sterniana Fletcher in Journ.), GanCao (glycyrrhiza urelensis Fisch.), ShengBaiHe(Lilium brownie var. viridulum), JingJieSui (Spica Schizonepetae), ZhiMu (Anemarrhena asphodeloides); the commonly used drug combinations included JieGeng, ChenPi, JieGeng, ChuanBeiMu, ChenPi, ChuanBeiMu and others; the central drug combinations in the prescriptions were JieGeng, ChenPi, ChuanBeiMu, SangBaiPi, ZhiZiYuan, KuXingRen, BaiQian and BaiBu. Conclusion: Chief physician Liu YunShan usually treats infant exogenous cough by lung releasing and purification, regulating lung to eliminate the phlegm throughout, taking strengthening the earth to generate the metal as the foundation of the prevention.
