摘要:: 目的：通过对27例灯盏花素注射液致过敏反应文献进行的分析，探讨其引起过敏反应的机制和特点，为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法：对1994—2013年中国期刊全文数据库文献进行检索，并对其中涉及灯盏花素注射液致过敏反应的21篇文献中报道的27例病例报告进行统计与分析。结果：灯盏花素注射液致过敏反应对性别无选择，在高年龄组发生率较高；过敏反应均发生于用药过程中，出现时间最短为用药后1分钟，最长为连续用药7天后，大多集中在药后30分钟内；主要临床表现累及多个系统-器官，临床表现复杂多样，主要有皮肤及附件损害、呼吸系统、神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统和全身性损害，其中以皮肤及附件损害为主；所有病例均发现及时，立即停药并进行对症处理，预后良好，未见死亡病例报道。结论：临床医师、药师应重视灯盏花素注射液所致过敏反应的发生，了解其规律和特点，加强临床检测，以减少不良反应的发生。

Abstract:: Objective: To provide reference for safe and rational medication in clinic by analyzing the literature about 27 cases of allergic reactions caused by breviscapine injection, exploring the mechanism and features of allergic reactions. Methods: By searching the literature in Chinese journal full-text database from 1994 to 2013, 21 pieces of articles reported 27 medical cases were statistically analyzed. Results: There was no difference in the gender of the patients suffering from allergic reaction which was caused by breviscapine injection, higher incidence for senile patients; allergic reaction usually occurred in the course of medication, the shortest time was in one minute after medication, the longest in seven days, mostly in 30 minutes; major clinical manifestations of allergic reaction included many system-organs, which were complicated and varied, mainly containing skin and accessories damage, respiratory system, nervous system, cardiovascular system, digestive system and systemic damage, especially skin and accessories damage; all the cases were found timely, given with immediate withdrawal, corresponding therapy and satisfactory prognosis, there was no death reported. Conclusion: The doctor and pharmacist should pay attention to the incidence of allergic reaction induced by breviscapine injection, grasp the rules and features, enhance clinical detection so as to reduce the incidences of side effect.
