摘要:
目的：探讨耳穴埋籽加放松疗法对肿瘤患者睡眠障碍的影响。方法：将肿瘤患者138 例随机分为观察组和对照组各69例，对照组采用常规治疗及护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上采用耳穴埋籽和放松疗法，1个月后比较2组临床及护理效果。结果：观察组患者睡眠状况优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在肿瘤患者中运用耳穴埋籽和放松疗法能有效提高患者的睡眠质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of ear acupoint pressing method and relax therapy on sleep disorder of tumor patients. Methods: All 138 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally, the control group accepted routine treatment and nursing intervention, the observation group received ear acupoint pressing method and relax therapy on the foundation of the therapy given to the control group, clinical effects and nursing of both groups were compared in one month. Results: The conditions of sleeping in the observation group were superior to these of the control group significantly (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ear acupoint pressing method and relax therapy given to tumor patients could effectively improve sleep quality of the patients.
