摘要:
目的:测定佛手中锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)4种微量元素的含量。方法:采用微波消解法处理佛手,利用火焰原子吸收法对佛手中Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe 4种微量元素含量进行测定分析。结果:佛手中Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe含量分别为 23.33、4.51、12.13、138.54 μg/g。结论:火焰原子吸收光谱法简单、准确,方法加标回收率在98.9%~101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.38%~1.06%之间。
Abstract:
Objective: To determine the contents of Zn, Cu, Mn and Fe contained in bergamot. Methods: Bergamot was dealt by microwave digestion method, the contents of Zn, Cu, Mn and Fe contained in bergamot were determined and analyzed by flame atomic absorption method(FAAS). Results: The contents of Zn, Cu, Mn and Fe contained in bergamot were 23.33, 4.51, 12.13 and 138.54μg/g respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, the recovery rate of the method is over the range of 98.9% to 101.3%, and RSD over the range of 0.38% to 1.06%.
