摘要:
目的：观察壮医经筋三联疗法治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法：采用壮医经筋三联疗法治疗本病1 489例，并进行自身对照观察。结果：临床总有效率92.01%，治疗前、后的腰部疼痛评分及腰部活动度评分比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：壮医经筋三联疗法具有缓解腰肌劳损患者腰部疼痛症状，促进腰肌劳损康复的功效。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of tendon triple therapy in treating lumbar muscle degeneration. Methods: All 1 489 cases were treated, the comparison with themselves before treating was observed.Results: Clinical total effective rate was 92.01%. The difference was significant in lumbar pain scale and lumbar activity between before and after treating(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The tendon triple therapy could alleviate the strain of lumbar muscle and waist pain, promote the rehabilitation of lumbar muscle degeneration.
