摘要:
目的：探讨西药常规治疗结合运动介入疗法对大学生脂肪肝患者疗效的影响以及科学的锻炼与日常饮食控制方法。方法：将肥胖型体质大学生脂肪肝患者128人随机分为对照组、运动组各64例，对照组采用西医常规治疗，运动组在对照组治疗的基础上进行运动及饮食干预，并于治疗前、治疗结束及治疗后8～10个月检查记录学生肝功能、血脂各指标及肝脏B超影像学变化情况，同时观察临床疗效。结果：运动组临床症状、肝功能和血脂指标、B超影像学均明显改善；总有效率运动组为95.3%，对照组为67.2%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：运动及饮食干预对大学生脂肪肝患者的康复有明显促进作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence of routine treatment of western medicine and exercise intervention therapy on therapeutic effects of fatty liver of obese undergraduates as well as the methods of scientific exercise and daily diet control. Methods: All 128 patients were assigned to the control group and the exercise group, the control group received routine treatment of western medicine, the exercise group were administered with exercise and diet intervention on the treatment given to the control group, the changes of liver function, the indexes of blood lipid and liver B ultrasound imaging were tested and recorded before treating, after treating, in eight to ten months after treating, and clinical effects were observed. Results: Clinical symptoms, liver function, the indexes of blood lipid and B ultrasound imaging of the exercise group were improved evidently; total effective rate of the exercise group was 95.3%, higher than 67.2% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Exercise and diet intervention could promote the rehabilitation of fatty liver of obese undergraduates remarkably.
