摘要:
目的:观察脱管散对感染疮面介质因子表达的影响。方法:采用经典创伤感染疮面修复模型,收集创面中不同时期的肉芽组织,高倍镜下进行病理切片观察,经过组织芯片技术处理之后,用SABC 法检测创面中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、表皮生长因子(EGF)的表达,采用BI-2000图像分析系统进行定量灰度分析。结果:大鼠创面肉芽组织生长旺盛,创面肉芽组织中细胞所表达的生长因子存在差异。在同一取材时间的条件下,TGF-β1蛋白表达在创伤感染疮面后6天存在组间差异(P<0.05),EGF蛋白在创伤感染疮面后10、14天存在组间差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药脱管散能够通过刺激创面内细胞产生内源性生长因子进而促进创面的修复。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of TuoGuan powder on the expressions of agents in infected wound. Methods: Granulation tissues of the wounds in different periods were collected by taking typical models, pathological section was observed at high magnification, the expressions of transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in the wound were detected with SABC method, quantitative grey levels were analyzed by BI-2000 image analysis system. Results: The study showed that granulation tissues grew well, and there was difference in growth factors in cellular expression of granulation tissues. Under the conditions of drawing materials at the same time, there was difference in TGF-β1 protein expression after the wound was infected in six days (P<0.05), there was the difference in EGF protein after the wound was infected in ten and fourteen days (P<0.05). Conclusion: TuoGuan powder could promote the healing of the wound by stimulating the cells of the wound producing endogenous growth factor.
