摘要:: 目的：建立电化学发光法测定血清总前列腺特异性抗原（tPSA）、游离前列腺特异抗原（fPSA）以及二者比值（fPSA/tPSA）在兰州地区健康人群中的正常参考值范围。方法：通过Roche E411电化学发光分析仪进行血清tPSA和fPSA检测，采用SPSS 17.0建立本实验室95%可信区间。结果：兰州地区健康人群血清中tPSA、fPSA以及fPSA/tPSA结果呈近似正态分布。tPSA正常人群参考范围为＜2.00 ng/mL（年龄小于60岁）和＜3.7 ng /ml（年龄大于60岁），fPSA正常人群参考范围为＜0.63 ng/mL（年龄小于60岁）和＜1.27 ng /mL（年龄大于60岁），fPSA/tPSA正常人群参考范围为＜0.66（年龄小于60岁）和＜0.43（年龄大于60岁）。结论：兰州地区健康人群tPSA参考范围为＜2.00 ng/mL（年龄小于60岁）和＜3.7 ng /mL（年龄大于60岁），fPSA参考范围为＜0.63 ng/mL（年龄小于60岁）和<1.27 ng /mL（年龄大于60岁），fPSA/tPSA参考范围为＜0.66（年龄小于60岁）和＜0.43（年龄大于60岁）。

Abstract:: Objective: To establish normal reference ranges of tPSA, fPSA and fPSA/tPSA for healthy people in Lanzhou determined with electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLI). Methods: Serum tPSA and fPSA were determined with Roche E411 electrochemiluminescence analyzer, 95% confidence intervals were found by SPSS 17.0. Results: The results of tPSA, fPSA and fPSA/tPSA for healthy people in Lanzhou approached normal distribution. Reference ranges of tPSA for healthy people were less than 2.00 ng/mL (younger than 60 years old) and less than 3.7 ng/mL (older than 60 years old), reference ranges of fPSA for healthy people were less than 0.63ng/mL (younger than 60 years old) and less than 1.27 ng/mL(older than 60 years old), reference ranges of fPSA/ tPSA for healthy people were less than 0.66 ng/mL (younger than 60 years old) and less than 0.43 ng/mL(older than 60 years old). Conclusion: Reference ranges of tPSA for healthy people are less than 2.00 ng/mL (younger than 60 years old) and less than 3.7 ng/mL(older than 60 years old), reference ranges of fPSA for healthy people are less than 0.63ng/mL (younger than 60 years old) and less than 1.27 ng/mL(older than 60 years old), reference ranges of fPSA/ tPSA for healthy people are less than 0.66 ng/mL (younger than 60 years old) and less than 0.43 ng/mL (older than 60 years old).
