摘要:
目的：观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：将52例急性脑梗塞患者其随机分为观察组和对照组各26例，对照组给予血栓通注射液175 mg溶于250 mL生理盐水中静脉滴注，观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液25 mL+250 mL生理盐水静脉滴注，2组均以2周为1个疗程，比较治疗前后2组患者的神经功能缺损评分情况及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，具有显著差异(P＜0.05)；2组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P＞0.05)。结论：血栓通注射液和丹红注射液均是治疗急性脑梗塞的有效药物，将两者联合应用，可以显著改善患者治疗后的神经功能，有利于患者恢复，提高生活质量，并且不会增加不良反应的发生率。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss curative effects of DanHong injection in the treatment for acute cerebral infarction. Methods: All 52 patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group were administered with intravenous injection of XueShuanTong injection, 175 mg, which was dissolved in physiological saline, 250 mL, on the foundation, the observation group received intravenous dripping of DanHong injection, 25 mL, which was mixed with physiological saline, 250 mL, two weeks were one course of the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions and neurological severity score(NSS) were compared before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and it presented notable difference ( P＜0.05); there was insignificant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion: XueShuanTong injection and DanHong injection are effective drugs for acute cerebral infarction, the combination of them could distinctly improve neurological function of the patients after treating, helpful to the recovery of the patients, raise life quality, and they wouldn't increase the incidence of adverse reaction.
