摘要:
目的：观察化瘀消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法：将490例乳腺增生症患者随机分为观察组、对照组各245例。观察组给予化瘀消癖汤口服治疗，对照组口服乳癖消。结果：观察组和对照组治疗后的痊愈率分别为30.61%和20.41%，总有效率分别为87.76%和67.35%。2组痊愈率、总有效率比较差异显著 (P＜0.05)。结论：化瘀消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症具有较好的临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate curative effects of HuaYu XiaoPi decoction in the treatment for mammary hyperplasia. Methods: All 490 patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group. The observation group took HuaYu XiaoPi decoction and the control group RuPiXiao capsules. Results: Cure rates of the observation group and the control group were respectively 30.61% and 20.41%, total effective rates of both groups were 87.76% and 67.35% respectively. The differences were significant in cure rate and total effective rate (P＜0.05). Conclusion: HuaYu XiaoPi decoction could obtain better effects in the treatment for mammary hyperplasia.
