摘要:
目的:观察白虎消痤汤加减治疗湿热蕴结型痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将92例湿热蕴结型痤疮患者随机分为2组，治疗组47例以白虎消痤汤加减治疗，对照组45例以清热暗疮片治疗，2组均以治疗3周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效和治疗前后痤疮的皮损变化情况。结果：丘疹、脓疱、粉刺个数2组治疗后均明显减少（P＜0.05），治疗组减少更明显（P＜0.05）。总有效率治疗组和对照组分别为95.74%和71.11%，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：白虎消痤汤治疗湿热蕴结型痤疮，临床疗效确切。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of modified BaiHu XiaoCuo Tang in treating acne of damp-heat accumulation pattern. Methods: All 92 patients were randomized into two groups, 47 cases of the treatment group took modified BaiHu XiaoCuo Tang and the control group QingRe AnChuang tablets, three weeks were one course of the treatment. The lesions of acne and clinical effects before and after treating of both groups were observed. Results: The numbers of pimples, pustules and acnes of both groups after treating were decreased evidently (P＜0.05), the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious (P＜0.05). Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95.74% and 71.11% respectively, the treatment group was superior to the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Modified BaiHu XiaoCuo Tang is effective in treating acne of damp-heat accumulation pattern.
