摘要:
目的：探讨患者自理能力评估量表在优质护理示范病房中的应用效果和意义。方法：搜集2012年6～12月应用该量表针对住院患者自理能力评估的有效资料进行回顾性研究，并进行统计学数据分析，得出重测信度r=0.92，说明该量表具有很高的信度、效度和稳定性。完全依赖患者221人，中度依赖48人，轻度依赖106人，完全自理825人。结论：应用该量表为扎实落实基础护理，准确测算护理总时数，科学配备人力资源，持续提高患者满意度提供了重要理论依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects and the meaning of patients self-care ability assessment scale in high quality care demonstration ward. Methods: Valid data of inpatients self-care ability assessment with the scale from June to Decemeber, 2012 were collected and retrospectively analyzed, demographic data was analyzed, and retest reliability r=0.92 was obtained, which indicated that the scale was with high reliability, validity and constancy. There were 221 patients utterly dependent on others, 48 patients dependent on others moderately, 106 ones dependent on others lightly and 825 ones who could completely take care themselves. Conclusion: The application of the scale could provide important theoretical evidence for steadily implement basic nurse, calculate nursing hours accurately, allocating human resources scientifically and constantly increase satisfaction degree of the patients.
