摘要:
目的：建立抱茎獐牙菜的生药学鉴别特征。方法：采用性状、显微、薄层色谱法对抱茎獐牙菜进行生药学鉴别。结果：抱茎獐牙菜药材的性状、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别特征明显。结论：所建立的生药学鉴别特征可为合理开发抱茎獐牙菜的资源提供参考。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish the features of pharmacognostical identification for BaoJing ZhangYa Cai (Swertia franchetiana H.Smith). Methods: Pharmacognostical study of BaoJing ZhangYa Cai was performed from thin-layer chromatography (TLC), morphological and microscopic identification. Results: There were distinguishing characteristics of morphological and microscopic identification and TLC for BaoJing ZhangYa Cai. Conclusion: The established features of pharmacognostical identification for BaoJing ZhangYa Cai could provide reference for rational development of BaoJing ZhangYa Cai.
