摘要:
从骨科的发展、AO到CO到BO、“孟氏疗法”的形成、“孟氏疗法”的发展、“孟氏疗法”的理念等方面入手论述孟氏“动静结合、筋骨并重”的学术理念，指出骨科医师追求的目标是恢复伤病员运动系统的功能，恢复得越安全、越快越好，在追求该目标的过程中，必须尽可能减少组织损伤，保护病损部位的血运，以利于骨与其他组织的修复。
Abstract:
Meng′s academic ideas of "association of activity and inertia, both tendon and bone" are stated from the development of orthopedic department, from AO, CO to BO, the formation of Meng′s therapy, its development and the concept. It is pointed out that the aims of orthopedic doctors pursuing are to functional recovery of locomotor system, the more safe the system recovers, the quicker it is, during the course of pursuing the aims, we must try to reduce tissue damage, protect the blood supply of the lesions, therefore, it could be helpful to the recovery of the bone and other tissues.
