摘要:
中药药签施药疗疾，是伏羲中医药学传承发展的重要理论基础和有效途径，也是伏羲奉献给人类的珍贵遗产。伏羲中药药签与伏羲制九针具有同等重要的史学价值。伏羲中药药签（现存）按其疾病科目分类有外科45签方，幼科100签方，妇科100签方，目科24签方，男科100签方，共计369签方。其各科方药论治针对性强，制方严谨，用药轻灵，充分体现药签处方以方统病、治病、论病的特色优势，涉及中药300余味。药签应用历经千百年，在民间广为流传，药签药效灵验，佳话颇多，伏羲中药药签为中医中药学临床广泛应用开创了简、便、廉、验，以方论病、辨证施药的先河，也为中医药学的发展注入了活力。
Abstract:
Medication and treating according to TCM herbal notes are important theoretical basis and effective way of Fuxi TCM inheritance and development, and they are the precious legacy Fuxi dedicated to the people. Fuxi TCM herbal notes possess the important historical values to Fuxi-established nine needles. Among the existent Fuxi TCM herbal notes, there are 45 pieces of prescriptions about the surgery on the notes, 100 pieces about pediatrics, 100 ones about the gynecology, 24 ones about ophthalmology, 100 ones about the andrology according to the items of the diseases, and altogether 369 notes. The herbs and the prescriptions for different departments are targeted, rigorous and light, which fully demonstrate the advantages of note prescription counting, treating and discussing the diseases, and more than 300 herbs involved. The application of herbal note has been through thousands of years, they spread widely among the people, and they could obtain notable effect, Fuxi TCM herbal notes are as a harbinger of being simple, inexpensive and effective, syndrome differentiation and medication according to the notes for widely application of TCM and Chinese materia medica, and they bring new vitality into the development of TCM.
