摘要:
目的：探讨急性重症胰腺炎( Severe Acute Pancreatitis，SAP)中医护理干预方法。方法：将48例患者随机分为对照组、观察组各24例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予中医辨证护理。观察2组腹痛显著减轻时间、血尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间及住院时间改善情况。结果： 腹痛显著减轻时间、血尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间及住院天数观察组均短于对照组(P＜0.05 )。结论：中医护理干预能够改善SAP患者临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore TCM nursing intervention for the patirnts with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods: All 48 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group. The control group accepted routine care, the observation group syndrome differentiation and nursing on the foundation of the care the control group accepted, allievation time of abdominal pain significantly, the time of serum and urine amylase return to normal and hospitalization time were observed in both groups. Results: The observation group was shorter than the control group in allievation time of abdominal pain significantly, the time of serum and urine amylase return to normal and hospitalization time (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM nursing intervention could improve clinical symptoms of SAP patients.
