摘要:
目的:探讨大柴胡汤中柴胡、大黄不同配比(5∶2,1∶1,2∶3)对小鼠抗炎镇痛作用的影响。方法:采用小鼠蛋清致肿胀法观察大柴胡汤中柴胡、大黄不同配比的抗炎作用,采用冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应法观察大柴胡汤中柴胡、大黄不同配比的镇痛作用。结果:大柴胡汤中柴胡与大黄不同配比对冰醋酸致小鼠的扭体反应均有显著的抑制作用,并能对抗蛋清所引起的小鼠肿胀。结论:大柴胡汤中柴胡与大黄不同配比对小鼠抗炎镇痛作用的影响具有差异,其中,原方中柴胡与大黄用量比例为5∶2时的抗炎镇痛作用效果最佳。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore ChaiHu(Radix Bupleuri) and DaHuang (Rheum palmatum L.) in different proportions(5:2, 1:1, 2:3) influencing on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in mice. Methods: Anti-inflammatory effects of ChaiHu and DaHuang in different proportions in DaChaiHu Tang were observed by adopting mice albumen-induced swelling method, and analgesic effects of ChaiHu and DaHuang in different proportions in DaChaiHu Tang by glacial acetic acid-induced writhing test of the mice. Results: ChaiHu and DaHuang in different proportions in DaChaiHu Tang could inhibit glacial acetic acid-induced writhing test significantly, and could fight against albumen-induced swelling. Conclusion: The comparisons of ChaiHu and DaHuang in different proportions in DaChaiHu Tang here present notable differences, and the prescription shows the best anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects when the proportions of ChaiHu and DaHuang are 5:2.
