摘要:
从理论源流肇始于《黄帝内经》、治法方药建构于《伤寒杂病论》、嬗变与探究、创新与发展、名老中医运用温阳法经验举隅5方面入手探讨温阳法历史沿革及其后世临床应用，指出证型与治法方药研究是中医药学术深入发展的核心因素，温阳法作为中医学术体系在中医治法方药层面的重要内容其理论肇始于《黄帝内经》，具体治法方药建构于仲景《伤寒杂病论》，经晋唐至金元的嬗变与深入探索，迨明清时期略有创新与发展，且温阳法的理论、具体治法和临床运用等初成体系。后世医家在实践中进一步继承与发展，对温阳法的具体治法进行了有益的运用与探索，温阳方法形成一种总体的整合趋势。
Abstract:
Historical development of Yang-warming method and its clinical application are explored from five aspects: its theory and development originated from HuangDi NeiJing, the treatment, method, prescription and herbs constructed on the foundation of ShangHan ZaBingLun, evolution and exploration, innovation and development, and the examples of famous veteran TCM doctor’s experience of using Yang-warming method, patterns and the study on the treatment, method, prescription and herbs are the key factors of TCM academic development, Yang-warming method is the important content of TCM treatment, method, prescription and herbs in TCM academic system, its theory is originated from HuangDi NeiJing, specific treatment, method, prescription and herbs are constructed on the foundation of ShangHan ZaBingLun, the theory, specific therapeutic method and clinical application of Yang-warming method have been the system primarily through the evolution and further exploration from Jin and Tang dynasties to the Jin and Yuan dynasties, as well as innovation and development till the Ming and Qing dynasties. Yang-warming method has formed a total integration trend after the doctors of later generatins inheriting and developing the former achievements in the practice, and helpful use and exploration of specific method of Yang-warming method.
