摘要:: 从“毒”的含义进行探讨，并就“气”与“毒”的关系进行辨证思考，在人体的生理状态(“气-管道-脏腑”理论)基础上进一步提出人体病理状态(“毒-管道-脏腑”理论)，临证时应分别从调理脏腑(以权求平、补虚为本、体用兼调)、通调管道(因势利导、截断扭转、人工管道、调理三焦)、抵御邪毒(避毒、防毒，解毒、化毒，攻毒、排毒，清除伏毒)来诊疗疾病，可提高临床疗效。

Abstract:: Human pathological states (the theory of "toxin-tube-viscera") were raised on the foundation of human physiological states (the theory of "Qi-tube-viscera") by discussing the connotations of "toxin", and dialectical thinking about the relationship between "Qi" and "toxin", in clinic we should diagnose and cure the disease by regulating viscera (Yin and Yang balance regulation, deficiency tonification, organ and functions regulation), tube regulating (taking advantage of the situation, blocking and transforming, artificial tube, three energizers regulation) and fighting against pathogenic factors and toxin(avoiding and preventing; detoxifying and toxin eliminating), therefore to improve therapeutic effects.
