摘要:
目的：基于中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)软件分析腰椎管狭窄症中药处方的用药规律。方法：通过中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据库收集近5年治疗腰椎管狭窄症文献中的中药处方，分析处方中各种药物的使用频次、药物之间的关联规则、核心药物组合。结果:对筛选出的100个中药处方进行分析，确定处方中药物的使用频次，四气五味，归经，药物之间的关联规则，挖掘出16个核心组合。结论:腰椎管狭窄症常用的药物以活血化瘀药、补血药、补阳药、祛风湿散寒药、补气药、发散风寒药、祛湿药为主，治法主要是活血祛瘀、益气补血、补阳、祛风湿散寒。药物四气的分布以温、平、凉为主，五味的分布以甘、辛、苦为主。药物归经的分布以肝、肾、脾为主。当归、川芎、独活、杜仲、地龙、黄芪、赤芍、牛膝、白芍、秦艽、甘草、红花、桃仁、桑寄生是临床治疗腰椎管狭窄症常用的核心药物。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze medication rules of herbal prescription for lumbar spinal stenosis based on the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS). Methods: Herbal prescriptions in the paper about treating lumbar spinal stenosis in recent five yeares were collected from CNKI, VIP and WanFang databases, to analyze the frequency of the herbs, association rule between herbs and core drug combinations in the prescription. Results: One hundred prescriptions were chosen and analyzed to ensure the frequency of herbs in the prescriptions, four properties and five tastes, the meridians, association rules between herbs, to dig out 16 core drug combinations. Conclusion: Commonly-used drugs of lumbar spinal stenosis are the ones of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating, blood-replenishing, Yang-tonifying, wind-damp expelling and cold-dispelling, Qi-tonifying, wind-cold dispersing, dampness-eliminating mainly, therapeutic methods are mainly to promote blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis, tonify Qi and replenish blood, tonify Yang, expel wind-damp and dispel cold. Four properties of the herbs are warm, neutral and cool, five tastes are sweet, acrid and bitter, and tropism meridians of the herbs are of liver, kidney and spleen. Commonly-used core drugs of treating lumbar spinal stenosis are DangGui (Angelica sinensis), ChuanXiong(Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.), DuHuo (Radix Angelicae Pubescentis), DuZhong(Eucommia ulmoides Oliver), rainworm, HuangQi[Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge.], ChiShao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), NiuXi(Achyranthes bidentata Blume.), BaiShao(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.), QinJiao (Gentiana macrophylla Pall.), GanCao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.), HongHua (Carthamus tinctorius L.), TaoRen (Semen Persicae) and SangJiSheng (parasite scurrula).
