摘要:
目的：对肥胖人群进行中医体质分型。方法：运用标准化的9种中医体质量表调查结合中医四诊仪对200例肥胖人群进行中医体质辨证。结果：肥胖人群概括起来为本虚标实之证；本虚以气虚、阳虚为主，病变脏腑涉及脾、肾，标实以湿、痰、瘀为主。结论：本研究为今后更进一步研究其他相关疾病病前状态的中医体质类型的分布、健康状态的评估提供了思路和可借鉴的依据，更好地发挥中医“因人制宜”“治未病”的优势，为人群的“治未病”提供了方法与途径。
Abstract:
Objective: To classify the obese people according to TCM constitutions. Methods: The constitutions of 200 obese people were differentiated by using standardized nine TCM constitutions questionnaires combined with TCM four diagnostic instrument. Results: The patterns of the obese people could be concluded as deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality; origin deficiency was Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency mainly, pathological viscera were spleen and kidney, superficiality excess was dampness, phlegm and stagnation mainly. Conclusion: The study could provide the thinking and the evidence for further study on the distribution of TCM constitutions and health condition evaluation before the other diseases, therefore, to bring TCM superiority "treatment in accordance with patients" and "preventive treatment of disease" into full play, to provide the method and ways of "preventive treatment of disease".
