摘要:
目的:比较香砂六君子汤与莫沙必利治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:将糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者156例随机分为2组各78例，香砂六君子汤组予香砂六君子汤治疗，莫沙必利组予莫沙必利治疗，2周为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率香砂六君子汤组为74.4%，莫沙必利组为80.8%，2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；2组患者胃排空时间均较治疗前缩短，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组治疗后胃排空时间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗组副反应发生率低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫，有一定临床疗效，能改善患者胃排空时间，与莫沙必利比较在临床疗效、胃排空时间方面无显著差异。
Abstract:
Objective: To compare clinical effects between XiangSha LiuJunZi Tang and mosapride in treating diabetic gastroparesis (DG). Methods: All 156 patients were randomized into two groups, 78 cases each group, XiangSha LiuJunZi Tang group accepted XiangSha LiuJunZi Tang, mosapride group received mosapride, two weeks were one course of the treatment, and clinical effects of both groups were observed after two courses of the treatment. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 74.4%, lower than 80.8% of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). Gastric emptying time of both groups shortened obviously, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); and it showed no statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＞0.05). The treatment group was lower than the control group in the incidence of adverse reaction, but the difference presented no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). Conclusion: XiangSha LiuJunZi Tang could obtain the definite effects in treating DG, and it could improve gastric emptying time of the patients. There is no significant difference in the comparison of clinical effects and gastric emptying time between XiangSha LiuJunZi Tang and mosapride.
