摘要:
目的：观察自拟中药方剂治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法：将子宫内膜异位症患者80例随机分为观察组与对照组各40例，对照组给予孕三烯酮治疗，观察组给予自拟中药方剂治疗，治疗6个月后观察2组催乳素(PRL)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、CA125水平及临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为95.0%，显著高于对照组的82.5%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组PRL和CA125较治疗前降低，观察组FSH、LH、E2水平高于对照组，CA125水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组患者服药期间无恶心、呕吐、腹泻等明显消化道症状。结论：采用自拟中药方剂治疗子宫内膜异位症效果良好，能有效改善症状和体征，改善免疫功能，且无明显毒副反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of home-made Chinese materia medica formula in treating endometriosis. Methods: All 80 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group 40 cases, the control group was given gestrinone, the observation group was given home-made Chinese materia medica formula, levels of PRL, CA125, FSH, LH, E2 and T and clinical effects were observed in two groups after six months of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group, higher than 82.5% of control group, there was statistical difference (P＜0.05). PRL and CA125 decreased comapred with before treatment in two groups, FSH, LH and E2 in the observation group were higher than these of the control group, the level of CA125 lower than that of the control group obviously, there were statistical differences(P＜0.05). There were no digestive symptoms of vomiting, nausea, diarrhea in patients during the period of taking medicines in two groups. Conclusion: Home-made Chinese materia medica formula in treating endometriosis has good curative effects, can improve symptoms and signs, immune function without side effects.
