摘要:
目的：观察早期行侧旋复位法治疗闭合性距骨脱位的临床疗效。方法：采用侧旋复位法治疗5例闭合性距骨脱位患者，观察临床疗效。结果：5例患者均获随访，时间6个月至1年，平均时间8个月。其中优3例，可1例，差1例。随访期间未发现距骨坏死。结论：早期行侧旋复位法治疗闭合性距骨脱位，操作简单，创伤较小，可有效预防距骨缺血坏死的发生，预后良好。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of sidespin reduction in treating closed talus dislocation at the early stage. Methods: Five patients with closed talus dislocation were treated by sidespin reduction, and the clinical effects were observed. Results: All these five patients were followed-up from six months to one year, the average time was eight months. Three excellent case, one moderate case, one bad case. Talus necrosis wasn′t found by the end of follow-up. Conclusion: Sidespin reduction in treating closed talus dislocation at the early stage has advantages of simple operation, less wound, which can prevent talus necrosis onset, and has favorable prognosis.
