摘要:
目的：总结儿童先天性心脏病合并肠道畸形心脏直视术后伴发消化道出血护理方法。方法：对2008年5月至2014年10月收治的5例先心病合并肠畸形并发生术后消化道出血患儿的护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果：经过术后精心医护，5例患儿均痊愈出院。结论：对于先心病患儿手术后发生消化道出血者应密切观察病情变化，尽快明确病因，尽早进行手术治疗，给予一系列的护理措施，是术后顺利恢复的重要保障。
Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the nursing methods for postoperative hemorrhage of infantile patients suffering congenital heart disease complicated with intestinal deformity. Methods: Five cases of postoperative hemorrhage of infantile patients suffering congenital heart disease with intestinal deformity were recieved and cured from May, 2008 to October, 2014, the nursing methods were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Five infantile patients were discharged from hospital after postoperative careful nursing. Conclusion: The condition of postoperative hemorrhage of infantile patients with congenital heart disease should be observed frequently, pathogenesis should be identified quickly, surgery treatment should be conducted as soon as possible, and nursing methods should be given, which are important safeguard for postoperative recovery smoothly.
