摘要:
李应东教授认为脾胃气虚，脾失健运导致膏脂生成及转运输布异常是高脂血症发病的关键，脾气虚形成的痰浊、血瘀作为病理产物和致病因子贯穿疾病始终，以脾气虚为本，痰浊、血瘀为标，治疗上以益气健脾，化痰祛瘀为主，方选四君子汤、二陈汤及桃红四物汤随症加减治疗。
Abstract:
Professor LI Yingdong thinks that spleen and stomach Qi deficiency, formation of the cream fat caused by dysfunction of spleen in transportation and the abnormal transformation and distribution are key factors of hyperlipidemia(HLP). He believes that the formation of the pathological products such as phlegm turbidity, blood stasis and pathogenic factors caused by spleen Qi deficiency are through all the course of the disease. The disease is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficially, and spleen Qi deficiency is the origin, phlegm turbidity and blood stasis are superficial. So the treatment should take nourishing Qi and strengthening spleen as the main principle, and the selecting prescriptions are modified SiJunZi decoction, modified ErChen decoction and modified TaoHong SiWu decoction according to syndrome differentiation.
