摘要:
目的：探讨杜仲腰痛丸联合消定膏对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后下腰痛的影响。方法：将腰椎间盘突出症术后下腰痛患者84例依据治疗方法的不同，分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组43例予杜仲腰痛丸联合消定膏治疗，对照组41例予双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊联合云南白药气雾剂治疗。采用下腰痛JOA量表和视觉模拟评分法（VAS）及Cobb角、生活质量量表进行评分，比较治疗前及治疗后1月、半年2组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗后1月及半年JOA、VAS评分，Cobb角及生活质量2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组总有效率为95.3%，对照组为85.4%，治疗组疗效优于于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：杜仲腰痛丸联合消定膏治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者术后下腰痛疗效优于双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊联合云南白药气雾剂。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of DuZhong YaoTong pills combined with XiaoDing ointment on low back pain after the surgery of lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods: All 84 patients suffering low back pain after the surgery of LDH were allocated to the treatment group and the control group according to different therapeutic methods. 43 cases of the treatment group were treated with DuZhong YaoTong pills combined with XiaoDing ointment, and 41 cases of the control group were given diclofenac sodium sustained release capsules and YunNan BaiYao aerosol. Clinical effects of the patients in both groups were compared before treating, in one month and half of the year after treating by scoring with Low back pain JOA scales, VAS, Cobb angles and the scales of quality of life to score. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of JOA, VAS scales, Cobb angles and quality of life (P＜0.05).Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95.3% and 85.4%, the treatment group was superior to the control group notably in clinical effects (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical effects of DuZhong YaoTong pills combined with XiaoDing ointment are superior to the effects of diclofenac sodium sustained release capsules and YunNan BaiYao aerosol in treating low back pain after the surgery of LDH.
