摘要:
目的:研究黄芪生脉饮对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳的作用,探讨其对运动性疲劳和缺氧的改善作用及其机制。方法:采用昆明种雄性小鼠,通过抗缺氧实验及转棒耐力实验评价黄芪生脉饮耐缺氧和抗疲劳的药物功效,并通过运动后小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量变化,初步探讨黄芪生脉饮耐缺氧和抗疲劳的作用机制。结果:在常压耐缺氧实验中,黄芪生脉饮高、中剂量组与空白对照组相比能够明显延长小鼠的存活时间,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在转棒耐力实验中,黄芪生脉饮各组与空白对照组相比均能够明显延长在转棒上的运动时间,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);黄芪生脉饮高、中剂量组可显著增强小鼠血清中SOD活性并降低MDA含量,与空白对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪生脉饮具有较好的耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用,可有效延长运动时间,其作用机制可能与增强血清中SOD活性、降低MDA含量有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To study anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue effects of HuangQi ShengMai drink on the mice and explore its improvement to sports fatigue and anoxia, as well as its mechanism. Methods: Anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue effects of HuangQi ShengMai drink on Kunming male mice were assessed by anti-anoxia test and rotarod test, the anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue mechanisms of HuangQi ShengMai drink were discussed initially by detecting the activity of SOD and the contents of MDA in the serum of the mice after the exercise. Results: In anti-anoxia test under normal pressure, high and moderate dosages groups of HuangQi ShengMai drink could prolong survival time of the mice obviously compared with blank control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). In rotarod test, different dosages groups of HuangQi ShengMai drink could extend exercise time on the rotating bar compared with blank control group notably (P<0.05); high and moderate dosages groups of HuangQi ShengMai drink could significantly enhance the activity of SOD in the serum of the mice and decrease the contents of MDA, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicinal preparations HuangQi ShengMai drink possesses better anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue effects, it could effectively prolong exercise time, its mechanism might be related to enhance the activity of SOD in the serum of the mice and decrease the contents of MDA.
