摘要:
目的：探讨团体认知行为疗法对青年肝癌患者心理状况和生活质量的影响。方法：将青年肝癌患者60例按入院时间先后分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予团体认知行为干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和肝癌患者生存质量量表(QOL-LC V2.0)评估2组患者心理状况和生活质量。结果：护理干预后2组患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量量表评分较入院时均有改善(P＜0.05)，观察组较对照组改善更显著(P＜0.05)。结论：团体认知行为疗法能改善青年肝癌患者心理状况，提高其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of group cognitive-behavioral therapy on psychological status and quality of life of young patients with hepatic carcinoma. Methods: Sixty young patients with HC were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the visiting time, 30 cases each group. The control group accepted routine care, and the observation group were intervened with group cognitive-behavioral therapy. Psychological state and quality of life of the patients in both groups were assessed by using SAS, SDS and quality of life-liver cancer (QOL-LC V2.0). Results: SAS, SDS and QOL-LC scales improved of the patients after nursing intervention compared with admission time (P＜0.05), the observation group was more notable compared with the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Group cognitive-behavioral therapy could improve psychological status and raise quality of life of young patients with hepatic carcinoma.
