摘要:
目的：探究减痛护理对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者术后睡眠质量的影响。方法：回顾性选取120例充血性心力衰竭患者资料，以行减痛护理的65例为观察组,以行常规护理的55例为对照组，比较2组术后睡眠质量、护理满意率及临床依从性。结果：睡眠质量各指标评分观察组均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05)；护理满意率观察组为100%，对照组为78.18%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)；按时用药、规范饮食、定时运动等临床依从性2组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论：行减痛护理可提高CHF患者临床依从性与护理满意度，改善睡眠质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the influence of pain-reducing nursing on sleeping quality of postoperative patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: The data of 120 CHF patients were chosen retrospectively, 65 cases who accepted pain-reducing nursing were selected as the observation group, and 55 cases who received routine care were taken as the control group, clinical compliance, nursing satisfactory degree and sleeping quality of both groups after the operation were compared. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group notably in the scales of sleeping quality (P＜0.05); nursing satisfactory degree of the observation group was 100%, higher than 78.18% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); there was a significant difference in the comparisons of clinical compliance including timely medication, regular diet, regular exercise and others (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Pain-reducing nursing could improve clinical compliance, nursing satisfactory degree and sleeping quality of CHF patients.
