摘要:
张瑞明教授认为在手术、放疗、射频、介入等方法控制肿瘤或根治肿瘤的基础上采用活血化瘀、扶正祛邪、解毒散结、调畅情志基本治疗法则治疗肝癌，能够充分发挥中医药的增效减毒、扶正固本、抗瘤抑瘤作用，并且提出“肿瘤在人体最虚处发生发展”的学术观点，强调“带瘤生存”，从而提高肝癌患者的生存质量，延长患者生存期。
Abstract:
Professor Zhang Ruiming thought that adopting basic therapetuci principles, which contained blood-activating and stasis-eliminating, strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil, detoxicating and resolving masses, regulating emotion and others, in treating liver cancer could fully develop TCM effects of effect-enhancing and toxicity-reducing, supporting healthy energy, antitumor and inhibiting tumor on the basis of surgery, radiotherapy, radio frequency, intervention and other methods controlling tumor or treating tumor radically, he raised academic points of "tumor happen and develop at the most weakest part of human body" and emphasized "survival with tumor", therefore to improve survival quality of the patients with liver cancer and prolong life cycle.
