摘要:
目的：探讨吞咽康复保健操对吞咽障碍患者的治疗作用。方法：将吞咽障碍患者50例随机分为试验组与对照组各25例，试验组采用吞咽康复训练与吞咽康复保健操相结合的方法治疗，对照组采用吞咽康复训练治疗，观察治疗3个月后2组患者吞咽功能恢复程度。结果：进行吞咽康复训练与吞咽康复保健操相结合的方法使患者治疗的依从性增加到92%，患者满意度为96%，治疗效果较单纯的康复训练有明显提升。结论：吞咽康复保健操可充分调动患者对康复的信心，并促进康复效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss therapeutic effects of swallowing rehabilitation exercise in treating the patients with impaired swallowing. Methods: Fifty patients were randomized into the experiment group and the control group, 25 cases each group, the experiment group adopted swallowing rehabilitation training combined with swallowing rehabilitation exercise, and the control group used swallowing rehabilitation training, the rehabilitation degrees of swallowing function of the patients in both groups were observed in three months. Results: The methods of combining swallowing rehabilitation training with swallowing rehabilitation exercise could make the patients' therapeutic compliance increase to 92%, the patients' satisfaction degree was 96%, therapeutic effects could be improved compared with only rehabilitation training. Conclusion: Swallowing rehabilitation exercise could completely arouse the patients' confidence to the rehabilitation, and promote rehabilitation effects.
