摘要:
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定当归饮片及A、B不同厂家生产的当归配方颗粒中阿魏酸的含量,比较三者阿魏酸含量的差异。方法:以Waters Symmetry Shield RP-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.5%醋酸溶液(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为320 nm。测定当归饮片及A、B不同厂家当归配方颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。结果:阿魏酸在 0.0138~0.0690 mg/mL(r=0.999,n=6)的范围内浓度与峰积分面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.72%,RSD=1.06%。结论:当归饮片中阿魏酸的含量符合药典规定;A、B不同厂家配方颗粒中阿魏酸含量均低于当归饮片中阿魏酸含量,且A、B不同厂家的配方颗粒中阿魏酸含量也存在较大差异。
Abstract:
Objective: To detect the contents of ferulic acid in Danggui crude slices and DangGui dispensing granules from the manufacture A and B by HPLC, and compare the difference among these three. Methods: The contents of ferulic acid in Danggui crude slices and DangGui dispensing granules from the manufacture A and B were detected by using Waters Symmetry Shield RP-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) as chromatographic column, methanol-0.5% acetum (20:80) as the mobile phase, flow rate: 1.0mL/min, detection wavelength: 320 nm. Results: The concentrations and peak integral area showed good linear relationship in the concentrations from 0.013 8 to 0.069 0 mg/mL(r=0.999, n=6), average recovery rate was 97.72% respectively, RSD=1.06%. Conclusion: The contents of ferulic acid in DangGui crude slices meet the standard of pharmacopoeia; the contents of ferulic acid in dispensing granules from the manufacture A and B are lower than these in DangGui crude slices, and there is the bigger difference existed in the contents of ferulic acid contained in dispensing granules from the manufacture A and B.
