摘要:
从中医药文化对外交流与传播的现状分析、“一带一路”战略下拓展中医药文化对外交流传播的新思路和新局面以及依托“一带一路”战略全新局面，加快推进中医药文化对外传播3方面入手探讨“一带一路”战略下加强我国中医药文化对外交流与传播新优势的意义，指出推动中医药文化对外交流与传播的快速发展，加强中医药文化对外交流与传播的顶层设计，打造中医药文化国际名牌，推进中医药文化海外机构建设，对开创我国中医药文化的国际交流与传播的新局面具有重要的现实意义。
Abstract:
The meaning of enhancing new advantages of foreign exchange and communication of TCM culture in China under the strategy of the belt and road was discussed from three aspects: analysis of current state of foreign exchange and communication of TCM culture, expanding the new thinking and new situation under the belt and road, accelerating foreign exchange and communication of TCM culture based on a new whole situation of the strategy of the belt and road, it was pointed out that promoting rapid development of TCM culture foreign exchange and communication, enhancing its top-level design, building international famous brand of TCM culture, promoting the construction of TCM culture overseas establishments showed significant realistic meaning for innovating new situation of international communication and spreading of TCM culture.
