摘要:
从骨质疏松症的概念及补肾活血中药对骨结构、OPG/RANKL/RANK轴系统、微量元素代谢、基因表达及类激素水平的影响几方面入手探讨补肾活血中药治疗绝经期骨质疏松症的作用机制，指出补肾活血中药抗骨质疏松的研究主要集中在其含有的类雌激素化合物以及对成骨、破骨细胞的作用，骨代谢和机体平衡的分子生物水平，影响细胞因子分泌等方面的研究，是微观理论与宏观中医理论相结合的有效思路；然而中药复方可根据患者的病情和证候特点辨证论治，能有效缓解患者的症状，但复方药物之间作用机制复杂，需要大样本、长时间、可重复的研究来明确药物的疗效和安全性，为临床防治骨质疏松提供依据。
Abstract:
The mechanism of kidney-tonifying blood-activating herbs in treating menopausal osteoporosis was discussed from the concept of osteoporosis, the effects of herbs on bone structure, OPG/RANKL/RANK anxis system, trace elements metabolizing, gene expression and the levels of parhormone, it was pointed out that the study of kidney-tonifying blood-activating herbs fighting against osteoporosis mainly centered on its estrogenic compound, its effects on osteoblast and osteoclast, molecular biological level of bone metabolism and body balance, its influence on cytokine secretion, which was the effective thinking of combining microscopic theory with macroscopic theory; herbal compound could effectively relieve the patients’ symptom by syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the disease conditions of the patients and the features of the syndromes, since the mechanism of compound medicine was complicated, repeatable studies on large sample for long-time were needed to make clinical effects and the safety of herbs clear, therefore to provide the reference for clinical treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.
