摘要:
从现代医家对类风湿关节炎继发肺间质病变(RA/ILD)的认识、治疗及中药研究2方面入手探讨中医药治疗RA/ILD的优势，指出本病病因不外乎虚实之分，发病过程与卫气营血相关，临床各医家在认识本病时侧重点各有不同，治疗上存在差异。中药汤剂、成药、单体治疗本病疗效较好，显示出中医药治疗方法的多样性，但仍需要更多研究从临床症状及肺部病变整体出发，并进行细胞、分子、基因等多靶点研究，为中医药治疗RA/ILD提供有利依据。
Abstract:
The advantages of rheumatoid arthritis/interstitial lung disease (RA/ILOD) were discussed from modern physicians’ understanding and treatment for RA/ILD and herbal research. It was pointed out that the causes of the disease were deficiency and excess, the pathogenesis was related to defensive-qi-nutrient-blood, the emphases were different and the differences existed in the treatments when clinical physicians surveyed the disease. Herbal decoction, patent medicine and monomer could obtain better effects in the disease, which demonstrated the variety of TCM therapeutic methods, however, more researches based on clinical symptoms and pulmonary lesions, especially multi-target researches based on the cells, molecule, gene and others, are needed to provide the favourable evidence for TCM treatment for RA/ICD.
