摘要:
目的：观察脊伸痹通方联合西乐葆治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将腰椎间盘突出症患者60例采取随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例，对照组予西乐葆治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合脊伸痹通方治疗，治疗前后对2组患者进行疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分(VAS)、改良中文版Oswestry腰痛评分(ODI)、日本骨科学会下腰痛评分量表评分(JOA)及临床疗效评估。结果：观察组总有效率为96.7%，高于对照组的86.7%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组患者治疗后VAS、ODI评分较治疗前降低，JOA评分较治疗前提高，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：脊伸痹通方联合西乐葆治疗能提高腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效，改善患者临床症状和生活质量，中西联合用药优于单纯西药治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of JiShen BiTong formula combined with celebrex in the treatment for lumbar disc herniation (LDH) . Methods: Sixty patients were separated into the observation group and the control group by adopting random number table method, the control group were treated with celebrex, and the observation group with JiShen BiTong formula based on the therapy the control group accepted, clinical effects, JOA, ODI and VAS were assessed between before and after the treatment. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, higher than 86.67% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); VAS and ODI scores were lower after treating compared with before treating, JOA scores were higher, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: JiShen BiTong formula combined with celebrex could raise clinical effects of LDH, improve clinical symptoms and life quality, clinical effects of the intergration of western medicine and TCM are better than that of only western medicine.
